Gabrielle & Jake’s Autumn Mountain Wedding at Juniper Lodge & Treehouses

Gabrielle and Jake’s early-fall wedding at Juniper Lodge & Treehouses was a perfect mix of heart, humor, and mountain magic. With their two dogs — Bella and Morena — by their side and a guest list of only 38, the day felt intimate and romantic.

Morning Calm & Private Vows

The morning began quietly with brunch at separate Airbnbs before the couple met for coffee and private vows in Evergreen. From there, Gabrielle joined her bridesmaids for hair and makeup, while Jake spent a relaxed morning with the groomsmen.

By noon, McArthur Weddings & Events arrived at Juniper to begin setup. Colorado Party Rentals and Premier Denver Event Rentals delivered cozy heaters and moody tableware, setting the tone for an elevated fall celebration in shades of wine, burgundy, greenery, and champagne.

First Look & Pre-Ceremony Moments

When Kate Ivy Photography arrived, the day came alive. Gabrielle and Jake shared their first look on Juniper’s fire pit deck — just enough mountain breeze to lift her veil and make the moment cinematic. They each surprised their wedding party with a second “first look,” filling the upstairs lobby with laughter and cheers before heading to the meadow for portraits.

A Bold, Unforgettable Ceremony

Guests arrived to the sounds of Nexus Strings, and the ceremony began with their dog Bella proudly leading the processional. Jake entered with his mom, followed by the wedding party, as Hans Zimmer’s Time played softly through the pines. Then came Gabrielle, escorted by her father to All of the Lights by Kanye West — a modern, unexpected, and completely perfect choice.

Tacos, Tequila & String Quartet Vibes

Following the ceremony, as guests made their way to the deck, Taco Block rolled in with their food truck and tacos sizzling on the grill. The bar opened with craft cocktails, and Nexus Strings transitioned seamlessly into a lively cocktail-hour set. The florals from Compass Rose Floral & Decor added richness to every scene — wine-colored blooms, layered greenery, and candlelight reflecting off the mountain glassware.

Dinner & Dancing Under the Stars

Dinner was casual and interactive — guests queued at the taco truck before settling in for heartfelt toasts and plenty of laughter. Cakes by Karen provided a petite two-tier cake surrounded by cupcakes, and the newlyweds shared their first dance to Sun to Me by MGK as string lights glowed above.

Later came the sweetest father-daughter dance to Friends Never Say Goodbye and a tear-filled mother-son dance to You Are My Sunshine. The party kicked off soon after, with guests dancing until the final song — Take a Chance by Flume — before heading into Evergreen for an after-party.
