Welcome to Juniper, a boutique mountain lodge and treehouse hotel tucked into 10 acres of peaceful evergreen forests. Just 30 minutes from Denver and 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, our private property offers a relaxing, adults-only retreat with convenient access to year-round adventure. With only seven guestrooms and generous onsite amenities, you’ll enjoy a distinct sense of serenity and seclusion, as well as the attentive, warm welcome of your onsite hosts.

At the core of our property is a five-room mountain lodge. Each room features ensuite bathrooms, modern Colorado decor and mountain or forest views. From our hot tub and fire pit, to two cozy communal lounges and expansive outdoor decks, all Juniper guests have unlimited access to the lodge’s shared amenities.

A short hike from the lodge are our treehouses: luxurious, transportive suites that invite guests to escape the ordinary. Each elevated cabin features a unique theme and inspired amenities whether a porch swing, a sauna or a well-stocked turntable—as well as ensuite bathrooms and in-room coffee bars.

The only thing better than a stay at Juniper is sharing it with your community. From leadership and wellness retreats, to intimate weddings and family reunions, we are proud to host a range of private events on our property.

The Miner’s Treehouse is perched 25 feet up in the pines, grounded in Colorado history and unapologetically indulgent. You arrive by a short forest walk, then step into warm wood, gold details, and a space that feels both intimate and intentional. There’s a king bed beneath skylights, a chandelier that glows at dusk, and a copper soaking tub that steals the show. Mornings unfold slowly in the dining nook. Evenings soften under mountain light. You arrive by a short forest walk and suddenly it’s just you, the trees, and a king bed under a skylight that was absolutely made for stargazing. Morning coffee happens slow, pour over style, in a stone-wrapped nook that feels like a little cave. There’s a hammock net upstairs for lounging and long talks. A rain shower lit by the sky. Soft robes. No TV. No Wi-Fi. Just games on the table, puzzles half-finished. She’s romantic, grounded, and a little wild. An escape that feels effortless. It’s official. The Treehouses at Juniper are open! What began as a quiet idea turned into years of planning, building, problem-solving, and trusting the process.
