A Golden Fall Micro Wedding in Evergreen, Colorado
Taelor and Greg’s micro wedding at Juniper Lodge & Treehouses was simple, intentional, and grounded in everything people love about Evergreen in October. The day brought crisp air, golden light, and a sunset that showed exactly why couples choose Juniper for intimate celebrations.
A Thoughtfully Planned Weekend Experience
The weekend began with a relaxed rehearsal and welcome gathering on Friday. On Saturday, the pace stayed easy, giving Taelor and Greg time with their closest people long before the ceremony. By mid-afternoon, guests arrived at Juniper, settling into the lodge and treehouses as the day unfolded.
First Look on the Trail
They shared their first look on the fire pit deck, surrounded by tall pines and warm fall light. Brian Paul Mallik Photography captured the moment as they exchanged private vows and took a quiet breath together before family portraits and the ceremony.
An Intimate Evergreen Ceremony at Juniper
At 4:30 pm, guests gathered on the Mountain View Deck for a small, emotional ceremony. Snowberry Floral Co created floral pillars and a hanging installation that framed the view without taking away from it. With just 25 guests, the space felt calm, personal, and fully present.
Cocktail Hour and Golden Hour Portraits
After the ceremony, guests moved into cocktail hour while the deck was reset for dinner by GB Culinary. Taelor and Greg stepped away for golden hour photos and shared a private toast upstairs before joining everyone for the evening.
A Candlelit Dinner Under the Colorado Sky
Dinner began just after sunset. Champagne was poured, Greg welcomed everyone, and the night eased into a warm, candlelit meal. Heaters from Premier Denver Event Rentals kept the deck comfortable, and the fall-inspired reception design from Colorado Party Rentals created a cozy, intimate atmosphere for conversation.
First Dances and an Evening of Celebration
Once dinner wrapped, Taelor and Greg shared their first dance under the stars. The rest of the night moved into dancing, laughter, and an easy sense of togetherness. Shuttles carried off-site guests back through the foothills while a few people lingered inside the lodge. As cleanup finished, the property settled into a quiet fall night—exactly the kind of ending that fits a micro wedding in Evergreen, Colorado.
